THE PRODUCTION PROCESS:

 

The production process is the heart of JANTA branded quality conductors. Each production step considers the proper resource utilization and energy conservation and the product properties are considered to be unaffected by environmental conditions in use. Aluminium properties such as Conductivity, Tensile strength, Elongation, Lay ratio, Mass; Shape and Size of conductors are taken care by the production supervisors at every meter of production.

THE QUALITY ASSURANCE:

 

The quality of the product is ensured by routine test and type test of the product. The Routine Test is carried out for manufacturing process assurance, whereas, the Type Test is carried out in sampling basis of each lot of production to confirm the relevant specification in own laboratory. Prior to every dispatch of wires/cables as a procedural requirement, the final product is issued only with a test certificate conforming to the relevant standard. Moreover, Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2000) certification and NS Mark (National Standard), provide additional confidence  to our customers to ensure as the third party certification body.
